Lately, I’ve had color on the brain — and honestly, who could blame me? Last weekend was peak leaf-peeping season here in New York City, and everywhere we turned was another jaw-dropping tree showing off. We spotted fiery red maples, deep burgundy sweetgums, rich chocolatey dogwoods, and my forever favorite: those magical golden ginkgo leaves. Truly breathtaking.
So is it any surprise that fall’s hottest color trends for 2025 echo all these gorgeous shades? Below are the top 5 colors of the season, a few pieces I’m loving in each, and of course, what’s on House of Terrance right now that pairs beautifully with them.

1. Wine O’Clock
Burgundy is the breakout color of 2025 — a rich bordeaux-merlot hybrid that feels equal parts elegant and bold. It’s stunning with gold jewelry and luxurious leather pieces, and it instantly elevates anything you pair it with.
