William Spratling's Mexican Silver locket, which is 2” long, including the loop for a chain, 1.25” deep, and 1” across. The stones have striations front and back, as most do from this era of the Mexican Silver Renaissance. This is an amazing and rare piece from the 1940s. It comes on a heavy 17” silver chain and is stamped "WS" inside a circle of letters reading "Spratling/ Made in Mexico," alongside "Spratling Silver" in an oval.
